Deep thoughts...from Arlo's mom

Arlo's mom here.  Arlo is sleeping so I thought I'd take over the blog today and say that we were very blessed to be able to meet Hank and Sarah the other day! You guys are amazing! Meeting a fellow blogger in real life was something I've never done before, but it was exciting and fun, and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of a couple of smush faced dogs.  It made me think about how much I love this blog community! I am friends with people who live in different countries, different states, different cities, believe in different religions, and have different political affiliations; but the one thing that we all have in common is our love of our dogs. Love gives us common ground and brings us all together. Dr. Pia Salk (Martha Stewart's Veterinarian) says,  "To value another life regardless of difference (e.g. species) is at the very root of peace."  I love my dog, and I love you all and I hope that you have a great weekend! Love, Penni (and Arlo)

Welcome back!

We were you so happy to meet you and Arlo, too. We wish you lived closer! :D Thank you again for the warm welcome.

I think Martha's vet pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I couldn't agree more!! I am so incredibly blessed to have found this wonderful community and family!! The support and friendship I have found because of my 17 lb snorting ball of fluff is the greatest gift I could have asked for.

~hugs~
