Memorial Day weekend, the family and I all went to the lake! Even my cousins came!
I supervised the packing.
Friday night, we stayed at my cousin's house! We played ball all night.
The big black and white guy is my cousin Amos, and the little guy that looks just like me except just a little darker colored is my cousin Luke.
For some reason everyone was laughing at how long my tongue is.
We left for the lake early Saturday. And I slept in this tent!
Mom also put up a pen for me and Luke.
That's me in the blue and luke in the black.
I also got to go swimming! I really liked swimming!
We swam in this pretty lake.
I got my life jacket on and I'm ready to go!
It was such a fun weekend! I got to play with my cousins and eat hot dogs! I hope we get to do this camping stuff a lot more often this year. I hope all of my friends had a fun long weekend.

How fun that you went camping with your cousins this weekend! I was amused that you have a dog friend named Amos beclaws my dad's name is Amos...heehee! They don't look alike at all though! Hmmm!
I loved watching you swim because, if you haven't heard, I am a swimmer too and I only learned how to swim last month!
Was it scary to swim in a tent? I would be worried that an unfriendly dog would bite me in the middle of the night! heehee!

What a fun weekend! I never knew
you loved to swim! I went camping once,
and I never went back. A pack of
raccoons locked me in a bathroom,
and I was trapped for hours
before someone found me.
But you must have had a fun time!

Hi there Arlo! My mom is not exactly outdoorsy, but my dad is an Eagle scout and threatens to take us camping every now and then. Wonder if I would like it? I want to try out the swimming too. You looked like you had tons of fun doing it. Hope you didn't get eaten by muskeetows.
